Both in theory and practice, to be a true learner,
Use thoughts and execute deeds.
Theory is like viewing a painting that feeds,
Only sights seen from one side -- no wonder.

Theory and practice combined together,
Is like watching and touching a living sculpture
That can be seen from every corner really,
And felt at each relief as reality.

You're a great thinker! Do you mean "take notes": you write onto paper your observations?
