It's partly right as nothing in the world is perfect. We can raise a historical fact: Gauss, a German mathematician, even when he was in his eighties, did compile his new mathematical theory discovery. I think a sort of different way: Novel ideas emerge through all life of Who thinks right, decides right and does right, and NEVER on Who does not execute one's right thought and decision. To gain success, a person must be of action, not of thought only.
