But what's it if "Law of Evolution governs all"?
If meant no change happens without any actions,
And the mass to act in time with expectations,
It is, okay: world change for better to comply ,
'Cos progress can't be waited falling from the sky,
Everything always moves whether acted upon,
Things Evolve to a condition as having gone,
Even it can be proved by "Law of the Free Fall",
Not to mention "Transcendental Law" seen by all,
