See what Dalai Lama said below,
And what Buddha's Steps show you,
As Buddhists everywhere follow,

Buddha in Life knew no difficulty,
When practicing meditation though,
He told no one to be for self-pity,
And difficulty is all Beings' foe,

Meditation leads to the Enlightenment,
             Sao Puthpong, Cambodia
