TRUE FRIENDSHIP OF NO HEART ?

By deduction, does this mean,
No true friendship actually exists?
"Poverty has no true friendship"
Of what, poverty consists?

Nothing exists without condition,
Doing anything, one has intention,
Gift made is with reason,
Caring someone needs expectation,

THUS, TRUE FRIENDSHIP HAS NO HEART ?
